Adult Waiver Course (Adult Behind-the-Wheel) DMV Required?

What Is the Adult Waiver Course?

The Adult Waiver Course is a DMV-approved behind-the-wheel training and testing program for adults 18 years or older who already have some driving experience. It fulfills the DMV’s mandatory road-skills requirement through a licensed driving school.

After successfully completing the course, you will receive a DTS-D Certificate (Adult Waiver), which allows you to get your driver’s license without retesting at the DMV.
